As Managing Partner of VERTESS, I oversee all firm activities including client development, transaction processes, fiscal and strategic planning, human capital, and operational improvements. I am one of the founding team members of VERTESS, launching the firm in 2014. Before joining VERTESS, I had extensive consultation experience in healthcare with an international clientele. I coordinated and executed healthcare-related contracts for the Department of Defense TRICARE Management Activity, as well as developed and implemented technical projects associated with HIPAA. My background also includes international study in Japan where I became fluent in written and spoken Japanese and graduated with honors with a dual Master’s in International Relations from American University and Ritsumeikan University. After completing my studies, I was engaged as a consultant for government and defense-related projects, with US and Japanese public/private sector clients.
