Meet Vaughne Glennie

As a Managing Partner of VERTESS, I oversee all firm activities, including client development, transaction processes, fiscal and strategic planning, human capital and operational improvements. I am one of the founding team members of VERTESS, launching the firm in 2014. Before joining VERTESS, I had extensive consultation experience in healthcare with an international clientele. I coordinated and executed healthcare-related contracts for the Department of Defense TRICARE Management Activity, and I developed and implemented technical projects associated with HIPAA. My background also includes international study in Japan, where I became fluent in written and spoken Japanese and graduated with honors with a dual master’s degree in International Relations from American University and Ritsumeikan University. After completing my studies, I was engaged as a consultant for government- and defense-related projects with U.S. and Japanese public/private sector clients.
